Return Policy and Disclaimer
Since this is a small business, all online and in-person sales are available to return for store credit only within 10 days of delivery, unless the pieces arrives damaged, in which case we will take it on a case by case basis.
We only accept returns for purchases made from our online shop. Jewelry purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.
If the item received is broken or damaged in transit, we will refund or exchange your purchase. Please document the damage and email us so that we can file an insurance claim with USPS.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.
To return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com, and we will provide a USPS return shipping label that includes insurance, in case anything happens to the return shipment. The returned item will be refunded less the shipping costs to and from the customer.
All items are unique and handmade, meaning no two will be exactly alike.
Actual colors of the stones can be slightly different than shown in the picture. Mother nature's stones do vary in color - isn't she amazingly creative?
Gold vermeil is a technique in which the gold is applied in a thin layer over metal to give the appearance of gold without the weight and high price tag. The majority of our pieces are made with gold vermeil. With this in mind, it is important to not expose the gold vermeil to water, as it can affect the color and fade it over time. To clean, use a soft jewelers cloth to wipe down.

In the rare case where two or more customers check out at the same item at the same time, we will service on a first come first serve basis.
Shipping costs are based on the total cost of items purchased to take into consideration shipping insurance in case of damage or theft.
All international orders (including orders from Hawaii and Alaska) - will have to be pre-approved thru email and will have additional shipping costs.
